In the "Resolution 136-2024" of the Ministry of Finance of the Dominican Republic, the obtaining of licenses for online casinos and sports betting is regulated.

🟢 The license for an online casino will cost 346,000 USD, and for an online betting operator - 260,000 USD… But that's not all! There is also another license — for online applications — with a cost of 173,000 USD. All three are issued for a period of 5 years and cannot be transferred during the first three years.

🟢 It is mandatory to implement an internal control system which records the operations and financial transactions of the game. This system must have an office, physically located in the Dominican Republic.

🟢 Foreigners and Dominicans register under equal conditions, with the only difference being that foreigners must present apostilled documents.
