⚡️Ukraine 🇺🇦: DSOM system goes live, enabling real-time state monitoring of the gambling market

The tool was launched in test mode, and it is expected that the system will gradually cover the entire licensed market.

➡️ Before: information reached the regulator after the fact through reports covering previous periods. This limited oversight capabilities and rapid responses to potential violations.

➡️ Now: the state receives data on gambling operators through a continuous flow, 24/7. Every bet, payout, or refund is transmitted to the system as an individual transaction with a unique identifier. As a result, operational data cannot be altered or rewritten, and information is not lost even in the event of technical failures. At the same time, the system does not track the actions of specific individuals and does not process personal data; all information is transmitted in anonymized form.

➡️ Relevant point: for the system to function fully, operators must be integrated into DSOM, and currently only 2 are participating in the testing phase.
