🎉 Ukraine🇺🇦 and the European Cybersecurity Competence Center (ECCC) sign a Memorandum of Cooperation

The agreement was signed during the Kyiv International Cyber Resilience Forum 2025 as part of Europe's strategy to support Ukraine in the field of cybersecurity.

➡️ What does this agreement entail❓— The memorandum establishes cooperation in the protection of critical infrastructure, particularly in Ukraine. It also includes collaboration in monitoring, analyzing, and preventing cyber threats, aiming to strengthen cyber resilience for both parties.

➡️ From a strategic perspective, the agreement will facilitate information sharing, the development of joint initiatives, and specialized training for cybersecurity professionals.

➡️ Who signed the agreement❓— On behalf of the European Union, the document was signed by Luca Tagliaretti, director of the ECCC since 2024, with 20 years of experience in cybersecurity and a background in eu-LISA and the European Central Bank. Representing Ukraine, the signatory was Serhiy Demenyuk, Deputy Secretary of the National Security and Defense Council.
