The British-Lithuanian fintech giant has launched an in-app calling feature to help retail customers quickly identify scammers impersonating bank employees or social services representatives.

➡️ This new feature enables direct communication with the bank's official support, eliminating the risk of impostors manipulating the system from the outside.

➡️ It will soon be available for corporate clients as well.

➡️ The Challenge: In October, the BBC reported that Revolut was mentioned in more fraud complaints than any other major bank in the UK. Since July, when Revolut received a provisional license in the country, nearly 10,000 complaintshave been filed with Action Fraud, the national agency combating fraud and cybercrime.
