⚠️ French Regulator 🇫🇷 Orders Betting Houses to Review Terms and Conditions for Players

The National Gaming Authority (ANJ) considers there are "ambiguous formulations" and defends the customers' right to compensation.

The focus points of supervision are:

❌ Betting houses SHOULD NOT limit the presentation of evidence by customers

❌ They SHOULD NOT reduce the period for filing complaints

❌ They CANNOT decrease the amount of compensations

In addition, the ANJ has stated that:

➡️ It is working to limit access to gambling to minors.

➡️ It forbids providing links to gambling sites on Facebook (137 profiles have already been blocked and 400 Meta URLs are currently on the block list).
