The National Investment Agency of the Kyrgyz Republic has signed a strategic memorandum with Binance, in line with recent legislative reforms pushed by President Sadyr Japarov and the development of the digital som project.

1️⃣ The agreement aims to enhance cross-border payments within Central Asia and the Eurasian Economic Union (EEU).

2️⃣ It also covers the adoption of crypto payments via Binance Pay, which could facilitate transactions for tourists and residents.

3️⃣ Additionally, Binance Academy, a specialized educational platform in blockchain, will collaborate with the National Agency in designing training programs for public institutions and financial entities.
