➡️ In Bes Qala Mining Valley, miners will be allowed to connect to the unified power system. They may also use all types of renewable energy sources and hydrogen power plants.

➡️ Legal entities with minimum charter capital of 2.06 billion sum (171,246 USD) will be allowed to operate there. Permits will be issued by the National Agency of Perspective Projects (NAPP).

➡️ Mining of digital assets will not be taxed until 2035. Instead, miners will pay a monthly fee equal to 1% of their income to the zone administration. The net profit of the administration will go to the budget of Karakalpakstan.

➡️ It will be possible to sell and exchange mined cryptoassets through local and foreign crypto exchanges in accordance with established procedures, including under direct contracts.
