The National Bank of Ukraine (NBU) has announced the creation of a "Payment Discipline Registry," which will include individuals who have sold their personal data, used their cards in fraudulent schemes, or companies involved in miscoding.
Important: The initiative is not intended to exclude these individuals from the financial system.

▶️ According to Dmitro Oleynik, NBU's deputy governor, the purpose of the registry is to limit the financial capabilities of these individuals, such as reducing transfer limits.

▶️ The registry will be fed by banks and payment operators, with the NBU acting as the system manager.
