The system goes beyond operator supervision and the concept of “responsible gambling”, allowing authorities to directly restrict military personnel's access to gambling platforms.

⛔ Technological intermediary: the data exchange system Trembita will enable military personnel's access to gambling platforms to be blocked, without disclosing the user's status to operators. Access will be blocked automatically based on information from state registers.

⛔ What concerns the authorities: following the investigation involving the casino Pin-Up, the authorities want to prevent casino operators from collecting data on Ukrainian military personnel. The authorities also consider that gambling activity could affect military readiness.

⛔ Who will develop it: the second stage of the DSOM online monitoring system will be developed by Kitsoft; however, the specific module for controlling military personnel's access will be developed separately, and a tender has already been announced for its development.

⛔ Immediate tasks: before December 24, the regulator PlayCity and the Ministry of Defense plan not only to obtain the completed tool but also to test its operation.
