According to the affected colleagues, the provider has been delaying the settlement since February 13. The total amount exceeds €14,000, including the balance and rolling reserve.

After the merchant confronted Squirrel Pay representatives on the matter, a minor verbal altercation ensued, during which Squirrel Pay's representative stated that the merchant would not receive his settlement.
