PSP in search of Business Developer / Sales Representative

We are a FinTech startup in the iGaming sector, providing payment routing services with fast, high-quality support for high-risk verticals.

Due to the expansion of our payment division, we are looking for a BizDev specialist to take charge of developing our partner network, finding new solutions, and driving volume growth.

Your responsibilities:
• Identify, onboard, and develop partnerships with merchants in the iGaming industry and beyond
• Identifying and onboarding new payment providers (PSPs, acquirers, aggregators)
• Developing the partner network
• Negotiating terms (commissions, limits, approval rates, volumes)
• Identifying and testing new GEOs and payment methods
• Analyze provider performance (approval rates, rejection rates, stability)
• Develop a strategy for the payment product


What we’re looking for:
• Strong background in promoting payment projects
• Understanding of how PSPs, acquiring, routing, payment flows, and e-commerce solutions work
• Experience working with international GEOs (Europe, Latin America, Africa, Asia, etc.)
• Proficiency in software for building networks and securing the best terms
