⚡️Payment alliance EuroPA signs partnership with the European Payments Initiative (EPI)

The platforms included in the alliance — Bancomat, Bizum, MB WAY (SIBS) and Vipps MobilePay — will integrate their solutions into a central technical hub built on European infrastructure. This integration will enable users to make instant cross-border payments on a daily basis, covering P2P transfers and later expanding to online purchases.

➡️ At this stage of cooperation, the companies are developing a technical and economic feasibility study, which is expected to be completed by December of this year. The next step will be direct implementation.

➡️ The collaboration is based on European regulatory standards (SEPA) and aligns with the current trend of promoting Europe’s financial sovereignty.

➡️Context: EuroPA was launched in March 2025 and currently serves 50 million users across Andorra🇦🇩, Italy🇮🇹, Portugal🇵🇹and Spain🇪🇸. Additional payment solutions are preparing to join the alliance, including Bilk in Poland🇵🇱, IRIS in Greece🇬🇷, and Vipps MobilePay in the Nordic region.
