The stablecoin will be named EURT and will comply with all regulatory requirements, including MiCAR, which came into effect on July 1st.
Who are these players?⁉️

➡️ Next Generation was founded in France in 2024. It is a subsidiary of the British company E-Ventures🇬🇧, the main shareholder of the well-known French fintech Tempo France. In 2017, Tempo France, along with Stellar Foundation, developed EURT as one of the first stablecoins, but the project was later suspended due to a lack of regulatory framework.

➡️ DECTA Limited is an Irish fintech authorized to issue electronic money (EMI) and regulated by the Central Bank of Ireland. In this partnership, DECTA will act as the issuer of the stablecoin.

About the stable coin:

➡️ EURT will operate on the Stellar blockchain and three other platforms.

➡️ The stablecoin is planned to be launched in October 2024.
