🚀 USA 🇺🇸: Elon Musk begins testing payment app X Money
Elon Musk has begun testing his new payment app, X Money, which is expected to be operational by the end of the year.
▶️ Announced functionality — The app will allow P2P payments via debit card, as well as instant transfer of funds to own bank accounts.
▶️ Testing phase — Currently, the app is in beta, so access to some features, developed in partnership with Visa, will be limited during this period.
▶️ Additional information — The e-wallet is part of a broader plan to create an all-in-one platform, dubbed the “app for everything,” where the X platform will integrate social networking, payments, banking services, and more. To support this project, Musk has raised $1 billion in equity funding. The current valuation of the X platform stands at $3.2 billion.
