☠️Kyrgyzstan🇰🇬: Another 10 banks join restrictions on Russian bank services
This has never happened before, and now a new list of banks has joined… Banks such as “Demir,” “Keremet-bank,” “Finanscreditbank,” “Halyk-bank,” “Optima-bank,” “Bank Asia,” “Eldik-bank” (“RSK bank”), “Kyrgyzkommertsbank,” and “Kyrgyzstan Investment and Credit Bank” (KICB), among others, have stopped providing services to Russian banks.
💫 “Bakay-bank” explained that online transfers are currently unavailable due to “technical reasons”—this is the term now used to describe the situation.
💫 “Dos-Kredobank” reported that transfers can only be made through the “Unistream” system.
💫 “Comercial Bank KSB” stated that it is not possible to make transfers to Russian bank accounts, although money can be sent to Russia using passport details through the “Zolotaya Korona” system.
💫 Which banks are still operating with Russia? — Transfers to Russian cards, including Sberbank and T-Bank, are still available at “Aiyl Bank,” “Kompanion,” and “Eurasian Savings Bank” (ESB). ESB also allows transfers to MTS-Bank cards.
👀 The duration of these remaining services is uncertain. Meanwhile, options for sending and receiving money in Kyrgyzstan currently include “Zolotaya Korona,” “Astrasend,” Western Union, “Unistream,” Ria, and Pluspay.
