Although 1xbet (licensed in Kazakhstan) explains the situation on its channel as alleged “technical works”, it appears to involve the mandatory reconnection of platforms to the unified payment system Nomapay, with the corresponding implications.

➡️ Context: 10 bookmakers operate legally in the country, including FONBET, WINLINE, OLIMPBET, BETCITY and TENNISI. The focus is on these operators.

➡️ Those that have successfully integrated with the Unified Betting Accounting System (ESU) are not currently experiencing issues with deposits or withdrawals. This is the case for Fonbet and WINLINE.

➡️ For the remaining operators, payments have been suspended until further notice from the National Bank of the Republic of Kazakhstan. According to reports, gaming accounts can currently be funded only through Kaspi Bank.
