As our team expands, we are looking for a Business Development Director to strengthen our team!

What you’ll do:

• Launch a brand from scratch in the Latin American market.
• Integrate local payment systems and banking partners to ensure seamless payment acceptance.
• Develop and scale traffic acquisition channels across the region.
• Adapt the product to the audience’s mindset, behavioral patterns, and cultural context.
• Build and lead a local team covering marketing, support, and product as the business grows.

What we’re looking for:

• Experience expanding products into new markets, with a background in marketing, payments, localization, or operations management.
• A thorough understanding of payment methods, PSPs, and how payment providers operate.
• The ability to build processes from scratch and quickly get up to speed on new markets and business areas.
• An understanding of the entire online business lifecycle, from user acquisition and activation funnels to payment processing and product adaptation for local audiences.
• English proficiency at B1 level or higher.
