Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Fraud and Payment Specialist to join our team. The Fraud and Payment Specialist will play a crucial role in monitoring, detecting, and preventing fraudulent activities and ensuring secure and efficient payment processing. This role requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and a deep understanding of fraud detection techniques and payment processing protocols in the iGaming industry.

Key Responsibilities:

โ€“ Monitor transactions, account activities, and player behavior to detect and investigate suspicious or fraudulent activities.
โ€“ Conduct thorough analysis of transaction data, account histories, and other relevant information to identify potential fraud patterns or anomalies.
โ€“ Implement fraud prevention measures, including fraud detection rules, system alerts, and risk mitigation strategies, to minimize fraud losses and chargebacks.
โ€“ Collaborate with internal teams, including customer support, finance, and compliance, to investigate and resolve fraud-related issues in a timely manner.
โ€“ Liaise with external partners, payment processors to stay informed about industry trends, best practices, and requirements related to fraud prevention and payment processing.
โ€“ Review and approve player withdrawal requests, ensuring compliance with KYC (Know Your Customer) and AML (Anti-Money Laundering) regulations and internal policies.
โ€“ Monitor payment processing systems, identify operational issues or discrepancies, and escalate technical issues to IT or technical support teams for resolution.
โ€“ Prepare regular reports, analytics, and insights on fraud trends, payment processing performance, and risk mitigation activities for management review.

Qualifications:

โ€“ Proven experience in fraud prevention, risk management, or payment processing, preferably in the iGaming industry.
โ€“ Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data, detect patterns, and identify anomalies.
โ€“ Knowledge of fraud detection tools, techniques, and industry best practices.
โ€“ Familiarity with payment processing protocols, payment gateways, and banking systems.
โ€“ Understanding of KYC (Know Your Customer) and AML (Anti-Money Laundering) concepts.
โ€“ Excellent communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
โ€“ Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, managing multiple priorities and deadlines.
โ€“ Proficiency in CRM software, and fraud prevention systems.
