We are looking for a P2P Manager to join our team on an iGaming project (focus: onboarding local partners/agents).

Compensation: Fixed salary + KPI
⚡ Responsibilities:
➖ Identify and onboard P2P agents and partners in Latin American countries (influencers, community owners, affiliates, local traders with a client base).
➖ Negotiate, agree on terms, finalize launch preparations, and support the launch.
➖ Support partners post-onboarding, resolve issues related to processes, quality, and stability to ensure volume doesn’t drop.
➖ Manage the sales funnel in CRM; communication is primarily via Telegram.
➖ Provide brief weekly reports + hold regular conference calls to review results (usually 2 calls per week—one on results and one on traffic/adjustments).
⚡ Who we're looking for:
➖ A sales profile: you know how to prospect, cold email, negotiate, and close deals right off the bat.
➖ Experience in fintech, crypto, or P2P, as well as in BD, affiliate, partner sales, or influencer marketing.
➖ Willingness to communicate frequently, negotiate quickly, and deliver results.
➖ Language is not a barrier (you can work with a translator).
