Conversational commerce is on the rise. In 2023, the Reserve Bank of India (RBI) granted ZaakPay approval to operate as a payment aggregator, enabling it to attract new merchants.

🎥 This integration provides micro, small, and medium enterprises the opportunity to expand their presence using the vast user base of WhatsApp.

🎥 The ZaakPay payment gateway simplifies the process for businesses to accept payments in various forms, including credit and debit cards, UPI, QR codes, and the option to “Pay later.” Its offerings also include online cash registers and payment links.

🎥 Additionally, e-wallets are included: payments can be made with MobiKwik Wallet, ZIP, and Pocket UPI.

🎥 Context: In the fiscal year 2024, MobiKwik reported a net profit of 140 million rupees (1,675,968 USD), reflecting a 62% increase in operating revenue compared to the previous year.
