We are looking for a Country Manager to strengthen our team!

⚡️What you will be doing:

➡️ Launching a new brand in one of the Latin American countries;
➡️ Connecting local PSPs and banks to ensure everything works quickly and smoothly;
➡️ Scaling traffic acquisition channels;
➡️ Localizing the product to the culture and habits of the region;
➡️ Assembling a local team (marketing, support, product) as needed.

⚡️ What we expect from you:

➡️ Experience scaling products to new markets — in marketing, payments, localization, or operations management;
➡️ Deep understanding of payment methods, PSPs, and the specifics of how payment providers work;
➡️ Ability to build processes from scratch and quickly immerse yourself in new markets and subject areas;
➡️ Understanding of the full cycle of online business: from user acquisition and activation funnel to payment processing and product adaptation to local audience characteristics.
