BitGo is now authorized to offer crypto custody and staking services across Europe—not only to crypto-native companies but also to traditional financial institutions.

▶️ In 2023, BitGo opened an office in Frankfurt and successfully registered in Italy🇮🇹, Spain🇪🇸, Poland🇵🇱, and Greece🇬🇷 ahead of the MiCA regulation coming into force.

▶️ Since early 2025, Germany’s Federal Financial Supervisory Authority (BaFin) has issued MiCA licenses to several firms, including BitGo, Bitpanda🇦🇹, and Boerse Stuttgart Digital Custody🇩🇪.
