The Secretariat of Prizes and Bets of the Ministry of Finance published ordinance 1,207, introducing new regulations that enhance security and transparency for bettors in Brazil. Check out the main points and get ready to play with more confidence!

➡️Games of skill, fantasy sports, multiplayer games, and P2P are not allowed.

➡️ Paytables must be made available before placing bets. Games cannot advertise future winnings.

➡️ Online games and live gaming studios must be certified by a company recognized by the Secretariat of Prizes and Bets.

➡️ Certificates must be revalidated whenever there are changes.

➡️ Betting operators cannot offer online bets in physical establishments.

➡️ Data and information must be kept available to the Secretariat of Prizes and Bets for at least 5 years.

➡️ Games cannot promote changes to advertised prizes after the bet is placed.

Other regulations include displaying the changing value of odds during the game, providing RTP information in graphics, and showing the probability of winning the highest advertised prize.
