🟡 The services being discontinued include Binance Loans, Binance Pool and Cloud Mining, as well as the Launchpool, Megadrop, HODLer Airdrops and Alpha 2.0 programs, which allow users to earn tokens from cryptocurrency projects.

Starting October 27, Brazilian users will no longer be able to fund their accounts, place new orders, or take out additional loans, but they will be able to maintain existing open margin positions. Transactions in Brazilian reais will be handled by Binance Brasil Corretora de Câmbio e Valores Mobiliários, while cryptocurrency transactions will be handled by Brasil Sociedade Prestadora de Serviços de Ativos Virtuais. In addition, starting November 1, Brazilian users will be required to specify the purpose of each payment and provide information about the parties involved. This information will be reported monthly to the Central Bank of Brazil.

💡 Context: on April 30, 2026, the Central Bank published Resolution No. 561, which prohibits all cryptocurrencies and stablecoins within the regulated electronic foreign-exchange system (eFX). Transactions with foreign counterparties must be conducted through a traditional foreign-exchange transaction or a Brazilian real account for non-residents. The measure was introduced to strengthen the country's monetary sovereignty and improve tax transparency.
