🔠 The Chamber of Deputies of the Province of Buenos Aires is currently debating a bill aimed at "preventing gambling addiction." The regulation will apply to all companies that are registered in the province of Buenos Aires that offer online gaming services (regardless of whether they have permission under Law N°15079 or not).

🔠 The new regulation prohibits the mentioned entities "...from engaging in activities related to advertising or promoting online gaming outside of establishments, agencies, or platforms that offer online gaming services."

🔠 Offenders will be listed on the "public list of non-compliance" and will face fines ranging from 115 to 576 USD. If public officials are found to be involved in the violation, the fine will increase to 1000 USD. Given the widespread impoverishment in the country, it's crucial to recognize that this amount constitutes a significant sum of money for many Argentinians in the current context.

🔠 If the advertising is targeted at children or adolescents, the fine will be three times the amount received for the promotion.
